Terms of Service

Last updated: 12 June 2026

These Terms govern your use of ROGUE (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

ROGUE lets you upload photographs and generates a printed magazine from them, including AI-generated editorial text and layout. Outputs are produced automatically and may vary.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 16 (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Service. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

3. Your content and the rights you grant

4. Your responsibilities and acceptable use

5. AI-generated output

Editorial text and layout are generated automatically and provided “as is”. While we work to keep output grounded and appropriate, it may contain inaccuracies. Review your preview before ordering a printed copy.

6. Orders, pricing, and payment

7. Refunds & defects

If your printed magazine arrives damaged or materially defective, contact us at contact@printsbyrogue.co.uk within a reasonable period and we will arrange a reprint or refund as appropriate.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including the ROGUE name, branding, software, and templates, is owned by us and protected by law. All rights reserved. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative works from the Service except as expressly permitted.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service. You may stop using the Service and delete your data at any time.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms; the current version is posted here with an updated date.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer-protection law gives you other rights. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
